Shipping Information
Carriers:
We primarily ship orders using major carriers including the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, DHL, and various freight trucking companies.
While customers may select a preferred shipping method at checkout, MiniScience INC reserves the right to determine the final carrier and shipping method based on order size, weight, contents, and delivery location.
Shipping Time:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–8 business days within the United States. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related disruptions.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options such as overnight or 2-day delivery.
Order Processing Priority:
MiniScience INC operates primarily as a wholesale distributor of science education products. While we accept smaller orders for evaluation purposes, larger orders may be prioritized during processing and fulfillment.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges include carrier fees, packaging materials, and handling costs. For smaller orders, shipping fees typically start at approximately $10.
Additional charges may apply depending on the shipment, including residential delivery surcharges, fuel surcharges, rural or extended-area delivery fees, and hazardous material handling fees when applicable.
Collect Shipping:
We offer collect shipping for customers with active UPS or FedEx accounts.
A handling fee of $10 per box applies to collect shipments to cover packaging and processing costs. The carrier will bill you directly based on your contracted rates. With collect shipping, customers may request specific shipping methods, including expedited services.
Order Tracking:
Tracking availability may vary by carrier. In some cases, tracking updates may be limited until the package is close to delivery.
Whenever possible, we use carriers that provide more consistent tracking visibility, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
